Nose Mount Generator Set: MODEL NMG-115 

Klinge's NMG-115 is a self-powered, integral generator set for use with Nose Mount Refrigeration Unit Model NMR-262. The integral generator set powers the NMR-262 Refrigeration Unit during transit or whenever shore power is not available. The NMG-115 Generator Set and NMR-262 Refrigeration Unit were designed for 20' and 40' Insulated ISO Containers.

The NMG-115 & NMR-262 Refrigerated Container features dual refrigeration units (primary and back-up) for the transport of hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or highly valuable goods.

Klinge's machinery complies with International Customs Regulations for Containers, relevant ISO recommendations, and the rules of B.V., ABS and Lloyds.

» Total redundancy—Two complete and separate refrigeration systems, each with their own thermostat and control circuit.
» Components in the evaporator section are explosion protected in accordance with the EX G3 norm (UL Class 1 Group D).
» Two individual Microprocessor Controllers provide reliable temp. control with an accuracy of ±0.4°F (±0.25°C) in extreme environments.
» Back-up Nose-Mount Generator Set capable of powering the Refrigeration Unit if loss of external power supply occurs or during transport on a truck.
» All components (except evaporator coil) are serviceable from front of the unit.
