Tank Container Refrigeration and Heating

TANK CONTAINER REFRIGERATION
All Tank Container Refrigeration (TCR) units are designed to be fitted to ISO containers and like sized tanks. They both heat and cool the tank’s cargo by circulating brine or synthetic oil around external cooling coils on the tank. Depending on the tank details and the options selected, the units have the stated cooling capacity at 0°C. All units have the option of heating between 5 to 20 kW. TANK CONTAINER HEATING
The heaters may be installed on new or existing ISO tanks. The heaters provide electrical heating by pumping a liquid through existing steam coils or wrap around channels welded on the outside of the tanks. Generally the heat transfer medium is glycol, but synthetic oil is used for higher temperatures. » TCH Brochure » TCH-106 Brochure
