and generator sets. The internet shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to our large inventory stock, most items can be shipped immediately. Temporarily out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder with delivery status information provided within 1 working day. ReeferParts also offers onboard inventory management of reefer spare parts kits. A specially designed program, known as “Reefer Parts Management System” (RPMS) is placed onboard vessels in the fleet and reports are submitted to online system. Once received, each report is viewed and actioned as required. Deliveries of spare parts consumed are coordinated for delivery in the next agreed upon port. Many parts are delivered within a 4 day turnaround. |
